In consonance to the essentiality of training and development in the proliferation of one’s organization, Raymond Noe’s Employee Training and Development exemplify the need to strategic training. The desire of the companies for competitiveness drives them to stimulate their work force. It is true that in the coming years, it may come to pass a potential issue that the organization will encounter but a strong strategy would help them continue their company.
What were truly needed was the fairness and accuracy with their strategies. Training and development are necessary to have a truly reputable and fast phased company – and that is why a firm should have its proper standards.
