After reading this case I found out that Hamad Sarraf started as an Employees called Head start after receiving his Bachelor’s. This program is for at risk youth, they provided parent training, counseling and Education. Hamad recently encountered a parent who was concerned because she previously had bad experience with other Social workers. Two CBT strategies I would recommend are 1. Helping parents shape positive behavior in their children by setting up reinforcement schedules and 2.
