Abstract
The investigation is centered on an examination of the financial records of Cookies, Inc., a relatively new corporation. When determining the company’s financial status, the contribution margin, full and variable costing, special orders, the internal rate of return, the cash budget, and material and labor variance were all taken into account. Data was analyzed to determine which actions would be beneficial to the company and which would be detrimental. Based on the information provided, recommendations were made to the company in order to assist them in making more productive decisions and expanding.
