There are three outstanding characteristics of the team that have been selected for evaluation. The first is that team members possess the necessary abilities to achieve the goals of the group. There are four observations that I would like to communicate with my team regarding the strengths, shortcomings, and changes that can be expected from team members. The first is that, as a team leader, I am pleased to know that members are under increased pressure to perform better than they did previously. Similarly, I am satisfied because each colleague possesses the ability to contribute to the achievement of the overall team’s aim. Nonetheless, I am concerned about the limited resources available to the team, which is sponsored by the government. As a result, I will speak with management in order to rectify the situation. In conclusion, the change I would like to see from my associates is that they would learn to trust one another and work together as a team since unity breeds strength.
