Strategic Plan: Part 2
In this second part of the final strategic plan development assignment, you will follow up on the introductory activities that you completed during the first portion in order to further develop your strategic plan. During this portion of the process, your submission, which should be at least three pages in length not including any figures/graphics and the updated first portion, should include the following components:

Be sure that you are remaining consistent with your organization. Also, please include Part 1 with updates based on feedback from your professor and Part 2 of your plan in one document. Part 2 of the Strategic Plan
You will continue to construct your strategic plan in this second part of the final strategic plan development assignment by building on the introduction tasks you accomplished in the first section. As you work through the second half, be careful to make any required revisions depending on your own preferences and the professor’s comments.
Your proposal, which should be at least three pages long without any figures/graphics and the amended initial portion, should include the following components during this phase of the process:
While the strategic plan evolves, the results of a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) study or similar analysis examining current internal and external areas of concern, strengths, and opportunities This must be the same SWOT analysis that you used to identify organizational stakeholders, both internal and external, and how their requirements and participation will likely affect and contribute to the plan’s creation in the Unit IV assignment.
Check to see if you’re staying on track with your organization. Also, please combine Part 1 of your plan with modifications based on your professor’s input and Part 2 of your plan into one document. This assignment should only have one title page and one reference page.
