Think of short-term goals and long-term goals to achieve later. Specifically, explain how you will ensure that you are an ethical leader and how you will help build and maintain an ethical organization and culture. Be sure to include the following:
- Explain how your organization can improve socially responsible initiatives.
- Assess current methods of communication to recommend improvements where necessary.
