4 Paragraphs: 1 Paragraph per Assessment

*Each Assessment needs to be explained, how it’s used, and what it’s used for, etc. This will be done using the textbook pages I will provide.

*I provided two links of sources that need to be used, along with PDF of textbook pages that can be used for references as well.

You must be familiar with reading inventories, students with reading disabilities, be a teacher, or a reading interventionist.

The student these assessments are for: is a third-grade student, struggling with recognition of specific words, and trouble with fluency. Potentially could have dyslexia because the student is able to say similar words with the same letters.

Formal Prompt: Provide a paper in which you design a comprehensive assessment battery. Include a description of 4 formal assessments you would use to gain information about specific literacy issues this elementary student is experiencing as shown by the work samples. Explain why you selected these assessments.
