Episode 1 (30 minutes) provides an overview of the field of psychology and discusses major perspectives like psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, biological and sociocultural approaches. Key terms defined include behavior, mental processes, development, and environment.
Episode 2 (30 minutes) discusses research methods in psychology such as case studies, surveys, experiments and correlations. It explains longitudinal and cross-sectional research designs and covers ethics in psychological research.
