You will write a short term paper for this class. Your paper will be between 5 and 8 pages of text. If you
have graphs or illustrations in your paper, they do not count toward the page requirement. Your paper should deal
with an area of organizational behavior. This is a research paper. You must have a minimum of 8 quality (academic)
sources for your paper. Quality sources include books (other than your textbook) and journal articles. For the most
part, webpages and white papers are not academic in nature and would not count toward the 8 source requirement.

You will turn in your topic for the paper in week 2 of the class. This counts as 5% of your grade on the paper. You will
turn in an outline of the paper including your sources prior to the midterm exam. This counts as 10% of your grade
on the paper. The final paper will be turned in at the end of week 9. The paper should be Ace homework tutors – APA style, double spaced,
12-point font with 1 inch margins all around. You must include a reference page and you must cite the sources of
information you use in the body of the paper.
