POST 1:MS Word has many professional uses. The program can be used to type up a variety of papers that can be used in a workplace, such as: a resume, memos, and meeting agendas or meeting minutes. At the VA Hospital, we will use Word to make custom signs that can posted outside patient rooms, to remind medical staff of patient precautions. The program is used by management to list work schedules for different shifts and holidays.POST 2:The most common that I see professional’s use Word for are to write memo’s, resumes, papers, as well as lists and tasks. I myself will use word to help create a schedule. I can do it by creating a table and being able to write out more than I would use using other programs. I’ve also used Word to create invitations, it’s easy to be able to attach photos or colorful text and scripture.
