2. Read Chapter 12 of the Leading Diversity in the 21st Century text.
3. With 1 & 2 in mind, reflect and note the extent of diversity in your school and respond to the
following:
• Recall and describe specific case circumstance(s) in which diversity enhanced the generation of
knowledge, ideas, and skills that led to innovation, improved performance, and measurable
progress in your school.
• How was the collaborative process managed to consciously optimize the strengths from the
variety of knowledge, ideas, and skills, representing the diversity of your school.
• What leadership lessons, relating to diversity, did you take away from the collaborative process.
• Use citations from the Chapter 12 to support your narrative.
