Market Research Objectives
To understand the marketing behavior and attitudes of Airtasker’ markets for potential expansion to new product portfolio, the research will need to address the following three market research objectives;
1. To analyze the current trends of client base and attitude towards the AirTasker platform.
2. To identify the customer’s feedback and needs on additional product portfolio that should added into the platform.
3. To identify the impacts of having user friendly website features for the Airtasker platform.
