This week, we discussed changes within an organization. In this assignment, you will have a chance to describe a recent change you experienced with your employer.
For this activity:
Download the Formative Activity 2 – Experience With Change Template and save it to your computer.
Follow the outline in the template to complete the activity.
Describe the change you experienced; include the questions prior to each answer using the template.
Apply Kotter’s 8-step change model as you answer the questions in the template.

c. Describe how the change was communicated.
d. Explain if you were receptive to the change. Why or Why not?
e. Explain if the change improved the process.
Explain what you learned from the experience. Is there anything you would have done differently?
