Today, it’s not easy to raise kids. Their health is hurt by what they eat, how much they exercise, toxins in the environment, and stress. They have to deal with bullies at school, bad things in the media, and pressure to grow up too quickly. Technology has given kids access to a lot more than they used to. Given all of these impacts, discuss the factors that lead to raising healthy children. What would you do to raise your children to be well-adjusted physically and emotionally?
