Introduction
Case management and care management are vital areas in the delivery of care to the public. A family represents people with common ancestry characteristics or relationships. For instance, a relationship between parents and children or spouses defines a family set up. There are various groups of families depending on the relationship including parent and child, spouses or relatives. The strategy of moving from the family level to the next level is understanding that dynamics change from one level to another.
