Description
Application Paper: As a culminating assignment at the end of the semester, students will submit a paper between 4-5 pages in length (typed-double spaced, font 12), in which they will identify and briefly define concepts or phenomena related to topics discussed during the semester, and apply it to an aspect of their own lives or from their observation of life. Papers will be graded for accuracy of definition, relevance of the identified concepts to the applied example, and clarity of writing (which will include, grammar, spelling etc.). The paper will be due on December 1st. Papers submitted later than this will be subject to a 10-point deduction per day late, with a minimum 10-point deduction. The paper will be worth 26% of your final grade.
