The right to organize is granted to
many, but not all employees. Within the public sector, the right to organize
may be limited by legislation. There are also limitations on the classes (job
titles and positions) of employees who can organize.
Research unionization in
the federal government sector, and address the following:

Discuss the legal guidelines for organizing
as a federal employee.

segment of the federal workforce, and discuss its history, size, structure, and
the workforce it represents.
